The term 'gargoyle' was derived from French gargouille meaning 'throat', which originated from the Latin gurgulio meaning 'gullet'.

WOW! Pretty neat huh? At least I think it's pretty neat. That gargoyle has been with our family for a very very long time and it traveled l from CA to WV in an old pick up truck. Doc used coffee to stain the gargoyle, took about a year for it to get that color.
