Holler Hoots with Hootch

We were recently given a "stash" of true blue moon shine in a mason jar (damn that's classic), actually it was peach shine. And over ice it's DANGEROUS. A little goes a very long way. The taste is like ripe fresh peaches off a tree only chilled. I've never tasted anything so smooth and sweet, California Coolers on do NOT count. (Does anyone remember those?)

If you ever have the opportunity to try peach shine...I suggest you try it. It may be made with rubbing alcohol and matches (just kidding...really I am only joking) but it's tasty and served well simply over ice.
