• Oily hair: brew 5 mint tea bags in a kettle of water. Cool. Pour over hair as final rinse. (mint is an astringent)
• Thinning Hair/won't grow: 1 Tsp. fresh basil + 1/2 cup olive oil. Heat in microwave for 30 sec. Let cool and massage into scalp. (basil stimulates)
• Dull Hair: 1 tsp baking soda + shampoo (lowers pH of shampoo)
• Dry Hair: 1 tblsp. honey + 2 tblsp. shampoo (honey is a humectant...draws moisture)
• Limp Hair: soap 1 cup rice in 2 cups water overnight. Strain. Put in spray bottle with more water, mist hair with it (rice protein expands hair shaft)
