Green Salsa
6 Tomatillos (take off the papery
husk or you'll be sad)
1 jalepeno pepper seeded chopped (more or less peppers depending
on how hot you want it.
also serranos or habenaros work as well)
L iquify in food processor or blender with peppers
Small bunch of cilantro finely chopped
2 cloves garlic OPTIONAL (I like to use a small cheese grater
and grate the garlic)
1 splooch lime juice
1 onion finely diced
Dash Kosher salt
Julio's Cucumber Salsa
I actually learned of this from
my gardner, Julio back in California when I had a huge cucumber
crop.
1 large cucumber seeded and chopped.
1 big splooch of lemon juice
1 chopped onion
1 bunch cilantro (optional) chopped
Dash of Kosher Salt
Instead of chopping everything,
you can use a food processor if you'd like. I do.
What is a splooch? It’s
bigger than a dash slightly smaller than a dollop.
